What is your turnaround time like for galleries?
While my contract says turnaround time is 4 weeks, for regular sessions (families, couples, branding, grads, etc.), I do my best to turn around galleries in under 2 weeks. During the fall and peak busy times of year, you can expect 2-4 week turnaround time.
What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of my shoot?
If there is bad weather, I will communicate with you the day of the session to determine if we need to reschedule the session for a date and time that works for all. I will make the final determination at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time of the session. I appreciate clients' flexibility when it comes to weather.
What is your payment policy?
In short, will send any clients booking a session an invoice upon booking. I require a $50.00 deposit to book a session (excluding weddings) via E-transfer. The balance of the payment is due the day of the session by midnight via cash or E-transfer.
How will I receive my images?
Galleries are sent to clients by way of email. You will access the gallery, make your selections, and then I will send you a downloadable final gallery also by email.
Are prints included in your packages?
Prints are not included in any of my packages. I find that most of my clients like to be able to choose where they have their photos printed and how many prints they would like. I am happy to assist clients in ordering prints if they need a hand.
