What is your turnaround time like for galleries?
While my contract says turnaround time is 4 weeks for regular sessions (families, couples, branding, grads, etc.), I do my best to turn around galleries in under 2 weeks. During the fall and peak busy times of year, you can expect 2-4 week turnaround time. If you need your photos more quickly, speak to me ahead of your shoot.
What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of my shoot?
If there is bad weather, I will communicate with you leading up to the session to determine if we need to reschedule the session for a date and time that works for all. I will make the final determination at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time of the session. I appreciate clients' flexibility when it comes to weather.
What is your payment policy?
In short, will send any clients booking a session an invoice upon booking. I require a deposit to book a session or wedding via E-transfer. The balance of the payment is due the day of the session by midnight via cash or E-transfer.
How will I receive my images?
Galleries are sent to clients by way of email. You will be able to access the gallery, order prints through my print partner, and more.
Are prints included in your packages?
Prints are not included in any of my packages, however you are able to order prints directly through your gallery link with my print shop, or download the gallery and order prints through your print shop of choice. I am happy to assist clients in ordering prints if they need a hand.
